Meet Stephen Brownell (Steve), a true leader and visionary in the world of business. Growing up in a small mining town, Steve learned the value of hard work and determination from a young age. Despite facing challenges in school and being told by teachers that he would only ever be average, Steve never gave up on his dreams.

Starting off as a service station attendant, Steve quickly learned the importance of good customer service and helping others. After working closely with the local motor mechanic, Steve decided his future was in machinery. This led him to secure an apprenticeship, where he excelled and won apprentice of the year for his top quality workmanship and leadership skills.

From there, Steve worked his way up the ranks in a mining contracting company, eventually managing the business with a fleet of mining and tunnelling equipment. But it wasn’t until he took a chance on a partnership business that Steve truly found success. In just 10 years, he and his team grew the business to a turnover of $50M.

However, the personal cost of this success soon hit Steve. Working 70-80 hours per week and wearing too many hats in the business left him burnt out and curled up on the floor, thinking he was having a heart attack. But instead of giving up, Steve spent the next 10 years learning from mentors and building the resilience to carry on.

Today, Steve is not only running a successful business but also enjoying a great family life. He is a true inspiration and is dedicated to creating the world’s future infrastructure by providing economically viable, environmentally friendly, and socially empowering support.
